§ I like how the course is laid out in the way that if you need to miss class for any reason, it is very easy to keep up with the lecture, homework, and lab portions.

§ Explanation of topics are organized to flow and examples help to further clarify

§ Lectures are detailed and instructor gives clear details about expectations.

§ All of the material is easy to access and understand. It’s obvious that you care about teaching and not just doing research, and I really appreciate that.

§ Bison Academy. It is awesome.

§ Dr. Glower is really willing to work with his students and give them the benefit of the doubt. This is really appreciated and more reflective of the real world.

§ Everything is out and visible all Semester, so nothing is a surprise.

§ Maybe add small, non-graded problems on bison academy that would help re-enforce what was learned in each lecture on top of the homework

ECE 320: Spring 2018

§ The notes and time spend on each subject was brief then the knowledge to be enforced was quite high. Subjects should be taught in a slower and more precise way.

§ Very kind instructor cared about helping. LOVE BISON ACADEMY.

§ Prof. Glower is a great teacher who cares about students.

§ CIE 101 is not ideal for a lecture style class.

§ I like the weekly format of the homework - review homework - quiz. I think it's a great way for students to stay caught up and learn the material.

§ Slowing down and thoroughly explaining examples in class would make the course significantly easier to understand. Most examples covered in class made little or no sense and I was so quiuckly lost.

§ Better circuit simulator than PartSim, more circuit elements for class demonstrations.

§ I wish Glower taught all of my classes.

§ Glower: Speak Louder.

§ CIE101 is not the best classroom.

§ Doesn't post grades on blackboard. Hard to know my grade.

ECE 320: Fall 2017

§ One of the best courses taken so far. Concept - technique - application of ideas - testing. Very well thought out and challenging yet fun course.

§ This class was challenging and well organized. Glower was always available for questions and help outside of class. The quizzes were sometimes tricky but were good challenges and helped me learn the material. Overall, very good course.

§ GREAT professor, very fast feedback.

§ I had a very good experience in this class. The teacher is very helpful and available to assist out of class. It's hard at times to hear the teacher and the pace of the lectures is very fast. If he could slow down some, it would help a lot.

§ He is a good teacher but he talks too fast and goes over other relevant information too quickly.

§ Thought the hands-on learning was very effective. Also appreciated that he was always available.
